Building a life of wealth, freedom. & Impact

Chris Ford is an East Bay native and real estate professional with a background spanning luxury residential sales, commercial real estate investment, and private equity. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation for combining institutional investment discipline with a relationship-driven approach to advising clients and partners.

Chris began his real estate career at just 18 years old, selling approximately $10 million in residential homes while attending the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he later earned his Broker’s License. After graduating, he transitioned into commercial real estate investment management with Mosser Capital, a leading Bay Area real estate private equity firm and one of the region’s largest multifamily owners. During his time there, Chris gained experience across more than $340 million in commercial real estate investments.

In 2021, Chris left institutional finance to pursue entrepreneurial ventures focused on luxury real estate and strategic real estate investments. Today he advises homeowners, buyers, and investors throughout the Bay Area while also partnering with best-in-class operators across the country in multifamily, mobile home parks, RV parks, and self-storage.

Outside of his professional work, Chris is passionate about faith-driven leadership and building strong communities. He serves as a partner with Redemptive Real Estate, an organization focused on integrating faith and stewardship into real estate ventures, and as a partner in the Bay Area chapter of The Barnabas Group, which connects marketplace leaders with ministries to expand their impact. Chris is also the founder of the Bay Area chapter of Holy Smokes Club, a rapidly growing community that brings Christian men together for fellowship and spiritual growth, and he is an active member of the San Francisco chapter of the New Canaan Society.

When he’s not working, Chris enjoys endurance athletics (finishing Ironman Santa Rosa in 2019), golf, world travel, reading, pairing aged whisky with Cuban cigars, and spending time with his family.

Chris believes business is one of the most powerful platforms for impact and that success is most meaningful when it serves something greater than oneself.
